STEP 1: PRIME
Prepare the substrate. Consolidate soft or dusty surfaces. Optimize adhesion for the pour or patch layer.
Strengthens soft or dusty gypsum underlayments, improving
bond for new applications with a fast, easy, ready-to-use single component
formula that saves replacement costs.
STEP 2: POUR OR PATCH
Restore surface flatness, strength, and continuity. Add Pour or Patch depending on the level of repair.
Hydraulic cement based self-leveling underlayment. Low prep. Smooth, durable surface for floor coverings. Can be installed from featheredge. Ready next day. UL Fire Rated.
Fiber-reinforced self-leveling underlayment. Adds strength and crack resistance. UL Fire Rated.
Cost-effective leveler for leveling, smoothing, and repairing interior gypsum and concrete subfloors. UL Fire Rated.

STEP 3: SEAL*
Applied only when using EZ Crete or Gyp-Fix EZ Patch. Seals the repaired surface to optimize adhesive bond for finished flooring.
Multipurpose, liquid polymer designed for use in a variety of applications. Use it to prime subfloors such as concrete, lightweight concrete and wood to improve underlayment bond.
Reduces substrate porosity to maintain proper adhesive open time, while enhancing bond strength, durability, abrasion resistance, and offering low odor, low VOC performance.
WHEN IS THE SEAL STEP REQUIRED?
When EZ Crete or Gyp-Fix EZ Patch is the pour/patch product. Not required when Level EZ or Level EZ + Fibers are used.
STEP 4: SOUND CONTROL
When hard surface flooring replaces carpet, Acousti-Top maintains IBC sound compliance without adding to floor height.
Pressure-sensitive adhesive used to bond Acousti-Top sound mat to concrete or gypsum subfloors. Ensures full contact and consistent acoustic performance across the field.
A topical sound control mat for use over concrete, gypsum, or lightweight concrete. Provides code compliant sound control at 1/16" thickness.
