Since 1972, Maxxon has been the leader in underlayment, having pioneered Gyp-Crete® – the most widely used underlayment anywhere. We have established ourselves as experts in sound control, boasting the world’s largest testing facility and providing advanced acoustic isolation systems that feature our innovative Acousti-Mat products. We have stood the test of time.
We continue to enhance and develop products that provide superior protection and performance for new construction and restoration. In 2024, Maxxon introduced our VenTek™ product line. Made from breathable spunbond fabric and bonded to high compressive strength entangled mesh, it's designed to protect the building’s exterior from moisture-related failures.
