Overview: This is the first residential building to rise in the South Waterfront District, a roughly 80-acre stretch of property located along the western banks of the Willamette River south of the Marquam Bridge. The Meriwether consists of 245 homes, ranging from 638 square feet to 3,123 square feet. Prices ranged from $189,000 to $1.9 million.


		Acousti-Mat II is installed over the concrete subfloor.		Doorways are marked to indicate depth of underlayment pour...providing smooth transitions between various floor coverings.


		The ceramic tile floor will have a smooth transition to the adjacent wood flooring that will be installed.		Pouring Gyp-Crete 2000/3.2K over the Acousti-Mat II.
